"Serena Residence" is an apartment hotel complex offering 16 studios and 75 one-bedroom apartments.Luxurious and functionally furnished, each of the apartments and studios has: kitchenette , fridge, TV, seating furniture, terrace, individual air-conditioning, private bathroom and internet access.

The Studioconsists of one room with two or three main beds, a bathroom with a shower cabin and a terrace. Some of the studios are furnished with an armchair or a sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed.
